Terms and Conditions of your purchase from FinestWatches.co.uk
The
purchase of
a product from FinestWatches.co.uk is noted as agreement to
the terms and conditions.
Returns:
Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may
be returned for a refund (minus re-stocking fee of 5%).
Watches returned for exchange should be in new, unused and unworn
condition with all original packaging material, unused warranty
cards and booklets / papers.
We do not accept return of watches with indication that the watch has been worn. This includes scratches, smudges, chips, dents,
dirt or other signs of use.
Our returns procedure varies slightly, depending on the brand
of watch you order.
Rolex:
FinestWatches must be contacted with a refund request within
48hrs of receiving the watch. We will then specify a seperate
UK
returns address for the watch to be sent. The watch must reach
the returns address within 5 days of the original delivery date.
This can be done via the Royal Mail special delivery service. International
orders for Rolex watches are final sales. When sourcing watches
not advertised on our website we may not be able to provide international
manufacturers warranty. In wich case we will supply a warranty
from the supplier the watch is sourced from. In this case on
confirming your order we will state the warranty is from the
supplier.
All other brands: FinestWatches must be contacted for a refund
request within 3 days of receiving the watch. The watch should
then be returned to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.
International
Orders:
Finestwatches are not liable for any import taxes or duties payable
on orders outside the UK.
For international orders we use either UPS or DHL to deliver your
package.
